"Never again or would I recommend."

Conveniently located off highway, only good thing.

OLD is an understatement needs to be updated for $185 a NIGHT (plus $50 security fee) that’s ridiculous for the way the hotel looks. I’ve stayed at way better hotels with 4.5 ratings and paid less plus only a $25 security fee. I would NEVER recommend this location even with Hilton points. ( I had to stay here we rode down with another family, and they booked here using their points) Front desk lady at the time of check- in just didn’t seem like she wanted to work, even the check-in was horrible (how can you mess that up, just be pleasant until we leave your presence). Another family asked for water and it was complimentary with the stay and she huffed and laid it on the counter in annoyance while rolling her eyes, and WALKED OFF to the back. I didn’t even bother to wait on her to come back to ask for ours after that.

"A Must Stay"

The facility was exceptionally clean. The staff was pleasant, friendly, and extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The bed was super comfortable. I will definitely stay again.

I was in town for church event room prices were inflated and this is not the Hampton inn n suites I know Old and outdated rooms lamp was broken walls nasty Dark decor .bathroom sink stopped up n had to put water in toilet to flush and we needed extra towels and we were politely told we had to come down and get our own Not pleased at all
