The staff was excellent & very friendly I was glad when we checked in they allowed us to check in early we had driven 20 hours we also enjoyed our view of the mountains each morning

I really recommend this hotel when you’re in Colorado Springs. The property is typical of a newer Fairfield and clearly very well maintained. My room was immaculate on check-in and housekeeping did a great job throughout my stay. Where this property really shines is the fantastic staff. I never once walked past the front desk without being acknowledged, whether it was wishing me a good day on my way out the door or welcoming me back in the evening. Everyone was so genuinely friendly and welcoming. AJ and Natasha at the front desk were especially wonderful and made me feel like a favorite regular despite never having been to this town before. Business travel is exhausting and sometimes lonely, staying at a hotel with great employees makes it a little easier.

"Pleasant, relaxing and comfortable"

First time staying at Fairfield by Marriott. The Hotel was located in a prime location for the Wedding we were attending. I want to give a shout out to AJ her great customer service skills. Welcoming our family with a smile and knowledge of the area along with kindness and making sure we had everything needed. Also, Devin was absolutely respectful when talking to him over the phone. The parents of these two employees should be proud as well as the Marriott. Breakfast was good and the establishment was clean. Thank you all for a very pleasant weekend. Sharon
