Motel 6 Morgantown

The location was good and they allowed early check in.

The room smelled like smoke even though it was a nonsmoking room. One of the pillows on the bed was dirty and there was no shampoo in the room. There were also a few stink bugs in the room.

It was inexpensive and clean.

Just coffee in the morning. Nothing else. A few prepackaged goods would have been nice

Loved the spa tub in the king room

No shampoo and conditioner provided. The bathroom was in rough shape and needed updating. You couldn’t see the tv from the spa tub.

If you just need a cheap place to stay that is nice then this is the spot.

The value was my main driving factor, but the bonus was how clean, safe and friendly it was. This wasn't my first visit, but I was thrilled to see it was consistent in my impression of the property and staff and I will certainly stay with them again for future visits to the area.

I don't have a real complaint or an item I would say needed improvement. I can tell it's an older building but that did not bother me because they maintain the facility well & everything in the room worked as it should without issue. I'm an early riser and I did have to wait for coffee service to be ready in the reception area, That wasn't great but also not a big deal a quick drive to get coffee was not a deal breaker and won't be in the future.
