We found a big cockroach in the bathroom. Had to request a new room card everyday, it would not work after 1 use. The staff was friendly and the room was a good size, just not very clean. Office was not able to provide additional towels only a cleaning person and they were only there one time at 10am.

"Excellent"

Stayed one night on a football weekend which means room prices are outrageous. The room itself inside is nice and clean. The exterior of the hotel could definitely use some work. The very sweet desk clerk Trupti Patel allowed us to check in early (before the game) which totally made the stay worthwhile.

Pleasantly surprised. Would stay here again. Worked well for Bama Family Weekend & getting to campus for events (including game, but only b/c we had game day parking pass.)

"I did not stay at this property at all. What a waste of money and time. The conditions were too bad."

The nastiest and most outdated hotel / motel there is. Poor Customer Service. Poor Communication. Poor air quality. Maybe a visit before booking. Save time and money, skip this place.

This hotel and staff were absolutely the worst.
