Location

Washer and dryer is very old spent $9.00 on dryer to get clothes dry. Old furniture and could be updated. Asked for room service and didn’t get it had to request clean towels.

Check in was awesome, I was greeted with a warm friendly smile and the process was easy and quick. The room was clean, comfy, and quiet. The bed was super comfortable and had plenty of pillows. I slept better than I had slept in months.

I had housekeeping knocking on my door at 8:45 in the morning yelling "housekeeping". Checkout isn't until 11. I've stayed in several motels/hotels...traveled often and have never had that happen. I found that very unacceptable and upsetting. I was also told the $50 deposit I paid would be returned to my card upon check out, however it has still NOT been returned.

The location was great. The beds were WONDERFUL! The water pressure was welcome. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Saw 2 roaches during a 4 night stay. Killed ‘em both! Beware of a $50 “damage deposit” requirement at check-in.

Location

Thin walls. Party came in next door around 11:00. Very loud and inconsiderate. Went on for over an hour and I had to get up at 4:00 for a fishing tournament.
