"Terrible experience having cockroaches in the room"

As I enter the room the lights didn't work. I had to use the desk lights. Then in saw a couple of cockroaches walking around the carpet floor. That's when I grab my stuff and left. I only was in the room for five minutes and left. Went to the front desk turn in the key and informed the receptionist to what I experienced. I would expect a full refund.

There were cockroaches on the carpet floor and the wall lights didn't work

It was nice and clean bed good bathroom good amenities not bad, provided breakfast good

The property was nice just wish that we had a more spacious room with a pool view hoping to be able to use it this time. We would prefer the first floor it’s difficult for my wife to go up and down the stairs
