Reception Staff very friendly, position near the centre and train station (however it is dodgy at night). Bedframe, shower room, minifridge, large mirror in the room, TV 32", climatic working perfectly

WiFi signal hotspot is pretty weak, there are many channels on TV not working due to the poor network. Almost only German channels. Outdoor dodgy at night. Parking is a challenge but 3-4 places are in front of the hotel to unload the luggages

Der Fernseher tv war zu alt Keine Sender, diese Welt ohne Smart Fernseher schlecht. Ich habe noch eine Zimmer zusätzlich gebucht. war so schlecht Hitze mit 35° ohne Ventilator ohne Klima. Ich hab das immer nicht benutzt aber war schon bezahlt. Sonst die andere Zimmer super mit Klimaanlage.

Staff is not organized, room was given late past the check in time despite check in time is at 15:00. Hence even we were waiting from morning. Request for early check in was not given keep saying the room is not ready but when others walk in he gave the room. Once checked in completed i went to my room. The cleaning staff still there and say it’s not ready have to come down and wait for another room In front of hotel is super dirty. Bag keeping room is full. Staff in the check out next morning is rude. The room is small and still not neatly cleaned Disappointments

Sehr gute Lage, schlicht, aber sauber.

Die unmittelbare Bahnhofsgegend ist ein Schandfleck. So wie es mittlerweile leider um viele deutsche Bahnhöfe aussieht. Unangenehme Gestalten, Verwahrloste und Drogenabhängige. Abends mag man sich kaum auf die Straße wagen. Der Späti gegenüber ist aber sehr praktisch.
