Just the location, right off the freeway & very close to the Casino

It was horrible. The online pictures were not anything like the property when we arrived. I paid for early check in, but one of the card keys did not work for one of the rooms, they said it would take a while to fix and they said they would give us 2 rooms. My original reservation had the rooms side by side in which I requested, but when they gave us 2 other rooms they were not together. The light in one of the rooms did not work, the outlets in the bathroom area did not work. In the other room the TV did not work and when my friend went to use the blow dryer, she plugged in and sparks flew!. Paint peeling off walls. When I went to check out I let the clerk know about the rooms and she just said ok, not we are sorry, can we give you some kind of a refund, nothing. There were all kinds of debris in the area. Stacks of tile, pipes, old furniture. We made the best of our trip, but thank goodness we went to our rooms late & we only spent one night there.

They charged me twice and didn't refund my money. It's a scam.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, A/C worked.

Front office was not what I expected, they were guarded, charged unexpected fees & held $60 for my dog...still waiting for that to be released, No directions to my room causing me to drive around twice before coming back to ask. NO DRINKING CUPS in the room, used my hand to get a drink. Minimal Convenience items soap, shampoo. No coffee in the room. The breakfast is not free, boiled egg? $2. Lots if post-its with the price attached to breakfast items. No place to sit & eat..if you chose their breakfast. Coffee was free.

The room was dirty and there was a hole on the bathroom wall, there was no curtains on the windows and there was drug activity in the premises
