Villa Montaña Hotel & Spa

I have been several times to this hotel. It was great years ago. Recently the wifi does not work for a laptop, and barely for an iphone. I had writing to finish I could not do. The rooms have no USB power cord options and I had to plug in my computer in the bathroom with my short cord. The contact at the desk did not work

I brought this up with the receptionist in charge, who told me I would certainly have good wifi connection, but I lost a day of work because of not connecting. The service staff in restaurant were excellent, also room service. The food is good but not as good as it was 10 years ago and more. I had a service at the spa which was okay, but the service four years ago was excellent

Llegamos 12 de la noche, esperamos 15 minutos a que nos dejaran ingresar al hotel, no sabían que llegaríamos, no tenian lista nuestra habitación, esperamos hasta que encontraron una limpia, nunca supe si era la que me correspondía. El hotel esta en remodelación y a las 7am comenzaron a realizar actividades, pasaban y se pedian material, desmontaron algo, clavaban y tuvimos que salir a pedirles que nos dejaran descansar pero pues ya no pudimos volver a dormir. Al salir habia un monton de arena en la entrada y tuvimos que esperar a que la retiraran para volver a salir. Había ido una vez anterior y todo muy bien pero supungo que las labores que estan realizando los tienen muy descontrolados

El clima hacia muchisimo ruido al encenderlo

La arquitectura del lugar es impactante, así como la vista que tiene de Morelia. Es el lugar ideal para una escapada de pareja a una ciudad que tiene una riqueza cultural ya artesa increíble.

Es necesario usar carro para desplazarse fácilmente hacia los puntos de interés.
