The room was very spacious. Loved the view to the beach from the balcony. The room and bathroom were clean and good. Excellent location, close to the beach, and places to eat

Breakfast. The staff is wonderful but doesn't speak English.

The rooms are large with a nice view. The girls at the reception are very eager to help.

It seems that the hotel has always worked only for locals. The hotel is not ready to receive tourists from other countries. The hotel needs renovation. Ugly carpet with many stains. The windows are dirty. The walls are black and dripping with moisture. One of the cleaners was moving our things, which was very disturbing (especially the toothbrush). Don't waste time on breakfast. It's disgusting. The tables are dirty, the dishes are dirty. The food is tasteless. Only Vietnamese food for breakfast. After 12am the door is locked with a key. You need to wake up the girls sleeping on the sofas. I am concerned about their unhealthy sleep. Looks like they working 24 hours. Why is there no security guard who would deal with this.

The hotel is excellently situated, making it convenient for travelers. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms exceeded our expectations. The staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. We were genuinely impressed by their level of care and attention to detail. The receptionist Ms Thao May deserves a special mention for her Overall professional conduct and helpful nature. Overall, a truly remarkable experience that we would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Only Drawback: Please note that there is no buffer breakfast as given in the listing. Instead they have a selection of six fixed menus but NOTHING for vegetarians.

The hotel no longer offers a breakfast buffet (it was discontinued about seven months ago), However, they do provide a selection of six set menu items. Unfortunately, there aren't currently any vegetarian options on the menu. It would be great if they could include at least a couple of vegetarian choices for guests with dietary restrictions.

Breakfast was very minimal. Location was excellent. Room was very big and comfortable. Bathroom was also very spacious. Staff were excellent and helpful. We stayed 4 nights from 21st Feb.

There were no guests at all during our first 2 days. We were the only guests. It seemed quite surprising as this was the first time we were staying in such a huge hotel with more than 150 rooms and no guests. I asked the receptionist and she said its not the holiday season yet. But as we roamed Da Nang, we noticed 1000s of tourists and most hotels had many guests. It just felt a bit scarry to be the only guests in such a big hotel. Our bathroom fittings were a little run down and on the last day the commode was leaking.

It's a local food, include vietnam noodle and beef, they say it "bun bo". it is very delicious
