Quality Inn Red Lodge Gateway To Yellowstone

Hotel was fine, breakfast was gross multiple days in a row. Everything undercooked, watery mushy scrambled eggs.

The GM, Chaz, checked us in and he was very personable and super helpful (also funny) He was also back the next morning!. We stayed in room 203 (be aware, there is no elevator) and the room was large (a king and a queen) and very clean! The setup of this is room is very thoughtful; all sides of the two beds have a night stand and light. There are enough outlets and USB ports. The A/C was quiet but not cool enough; the beds and bedding were comfortable. The breakfast attendant, Tonya, was absolutely wonderful! Breakfast was the expected fare. The room price was a bit high for my taste, but we just needed to stay somewhere and sleep.

They should have a better quality hot tub. The residential model they have suffices.

The staff provided incredible customer service and hospitality. The common areas and rooms were clean and well maintained. They were very pet friendly. There was a designated outside pet area which included poop bags. It was the best Quality Inn experience we’ve ever had.
