"I had to dispute one charge on my credit card because I only received one room and they were charging me for two. I don"

This was terrible. Somehow I was confused online and two reservations were made for me and they made me pay for both. I stayed in only one room. I’m 69 years old and I’m not familiar with booking online. I’m very sad that the hotel would not work with me. They charged me double and I only had one room.

The customer service was terrible. They were rude and they would not help me out at all.

Location, excellent breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausages, coffee and juice etc.

Parking was closed so we were forced to park the car elsewhere and then re-park in the morning.
