What breakfast?

Bad response to many emails, which was very frustrating. Pool was offered on site in advertisements.

We ate our breakfast at different location each morning.

Two bathrooms instead of 1 and a half. Also we had two leaks in our second bedroom ceiling each time it rained. One leak over the bed which was quite surprising in the middle of the night. The other leak was over where our friend sat her open suitcase! Of course most of her clothes got wet and we had no access to a dryer.

Great location, beautiful view, easy in/out, parking.

Only issue was bugs. Entire family had issues with noseeum bug bites, and was correlated with apartment more than the beach.

Mosquitoes/Bed Bugs. We were all bit terribly by Mosquitoes and/or Bed bugs. Upon complaining the landlady came to spray somethings which did not help. The next day we were all again bit by Mosquitoes and/or Bed bugs. The amenities are very poor. Used almost empty watered down hand soaps and Bath soap. Dish scrubber was used and left by previous occupants. No shampoo. The big apartment with 2 rooms has only 1 shower and one 1/2 bathroom, but is listed as 2 bathrooms. Washer, dryer is not in the unit but we were allowed to use in another unit as it was not occupied. Mosquito coils were provided but no case to use them. then We were said that we left burnt mark on their dish and our security deposit was used - the owner did not provide any picture evidence for the burnt mark.

View was great, host was very responsive and helpful with local suggestions for food, locations, groceries etc.

This apartment has a super nice sea view.

I must share some facts, not opinions about this property: 1) Rooms. Property is published for 5 guests, however only have 2 rooms with air conditioner, one with a king and other with a queen bed, what means that it's acceptable for 2 couples. Also you have a sofa in the living room but without air conditioner in a tropical weather, what limit strongly its used. In summary if you have 2 sons, 2 daughters or a son and a daughter, they will have to share the queen bed or one of them will need to sleep with 86F. 2) Facilities. At booking.com page shows an icon with washing machine, however that facility it's not available. That it's specially sensitive when you stay 2 weeks like us, and you receive only 1 set of bed sheets and 1 set of towels. Additionally you will not have the chance to wash your own clothes. Also it's offered a bar that it's not there. 3) Restrooms. Apartment offers 1 restroom "aircraft size" inside one of the rooms, and another one with shower but also very small. Both of them in really bad conditions. 4) Property conditions. Painting and terrace conditions are not in good shape. 5) Price. It's true that in small letter you can see that you have to pay $125 for cleaning on top of the price, however when you are trying to find the cheapest option, you will see this property as cheaper but really it's not because then you have to pay that cleaning fee and also 12.5% of taxes, that in a tax free island it's not so obvious. BTW, beyond this $125 for cleaning, guests are enforced to dispose trash and wash dishes on the last day. 6) Customer service. This property is offered through Booking.com however it's managed as an Airbnb. You will receive a message with a code for a key looker and you will not have contact with nobody else in person. 7) Additional Fees.

The view is stunning - you can see the entire harbor. The apartment is spacious and well maintained. The restaurant next door is excellent for breakfast and dinner.

Know that you will spend quite a bit of money on taxis going up and down the hill to this property. While the owners were very good at communicating, they did try to charge us for a missing plug that we had never used. We were also charged $50 for a late check out(2 hours). We were double charged on our credit card but did get a refund (-$50 for late departure).
