Alive and dead bugs especially in bathroom , burn holes in sheets and cover. Holes in the walls everywhere. Not comforting whatsoever.

very friendly staff

Hi, the check-in times on Booking.com are not the actual hotel times. We arrived at 6 am because our check-in was from 8 to 9 am, but the hotel told us that check-in was at 3 pm, and we had to wait outside for all those hours. Then we asked about breakfast, and they told us that breakfast wasn't included, even though Booking.com does show it as included.

FUE UNA ESTAFA!!! Mi reserva estaba cancelada desde un mes antes del viaje y al llegar al alojamiento no me dejaron entrar alegando q no encontraban mi reserva por booking. Tuve que irme a un hampton inn y volver a pagar. Las instalaciones se veían feas y sucias, y el personal me atendió por una ventana q al final cerró y no me atendió más. Es impresionante el nivel de estafa y lo peor booking no me ayudó!
