137 Lux Residence

Appartamento con spazi generosi, ottima posizione a due passi dalla metro comoda sia per andare in centro che per raggiungere l aeroporto.

A nostro avviso l appartamento necessita di alcuni interventi di manutenzione (es climatizzatore). L appartamento affacciava sulla strada che è molto trafficata anche di notte. Più che altro gli infissi fanno gran poco perché il rumore si sentiva molto.

Tutto. Consiglio vivamente per posizione, assistenza, pulizia, comodità supermercati di fronte. Ottimo bar pasticceria di fianco.

Non ho nulla da segnalare

The apartment was in a good location, close to the metro station. The room was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped.

The only thing missing was a broom, as we were staying for a longer(8 days) and there was only one clean-up in the meantime.

Our room was directly into the garden area with hot tub.

El apartamento era amplio. La cama muy cómoda. A treinta minutos andando de la plaza del Comercio

Estaba mal conservado. Había muchas cosas que se habían estropeado y no se habían arreglado. El sofá cama era incomoda

AC working properly and not noisy at all one on the living room one on the main room The apartment had everything that needed even it was provided with coffee, water, detergent both for the dishwasher machine and the laundry machine. VERY CLEAN AND MODERN.

The only minor drawback was TV wasn’t a. Smart TV I stayed in with my 83 year old grandpa and we couldn’t watch his favorite channel it would be nice to have a chromecast tv stick or to change it to a Smart TV
