Clean and Friendly Staff, but Not as Advertised The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and patient whenever we called for help. However, the property didn’t look like the photos online—it felt much older and less updated. The pool was dark, closed for part of our 3-day stay, and the TV kept shutting off despite multiple maintenance visits. Our “non-smoking” room even had burn holes in the duvet. Overall, not terrible, but definitely not what the pictures led us to expect.

"it was horrible"

There were roaches in room and beds smelled like urine. Checked out 5 hours after was there because of that. Kids got bit up by bugs in room. Then charged me 25.00 more after checked out. Should be given a complete refund. Tried calling manager.
