The room was very comfortable and well-located. The employees were very friendly and helpful!

The toiletries in the bathroom were empty when we wanted to use them, and there was no air conditioning on in the room when we arrived so it was very very warm

"Disgusting"

Nothing. This was probably the nastiest room I’ve ever been in. The room was not clean. The carpet was dirty. There was garbage underneath the desk. The sink and toilet was dirty. Mildew on shower curtain. And it smelled nasty. Gum on the bed headboard. The only positive thing I could say is that the receptionist was very nice. Whoever owns this, shame on you for not updating in the last 20 years or so.

"Not as advertised - dirty and motel like"

Staff was friendly

The rooms were not advertised as outdoor rooms which made us feel unsafe. The shower was moldy, large clumps of dust were in the room and beds were small and dirty.

My son was impressed with the fresh cookies and the breakfast. Even giving a bottle of water as they checked out was a really nice touch. Above and beyond what other hotels do. Will definitely stay here again if in the area

Wasn't far off the freeway for the stop on the way.

Floor was not the cleanest. Found a sewing needle, a hair clip and a piece of pizza crust under the edge of the bed.
