Quality Inn Russellville I-40

The Quality inn in Russellville, Arkansas This property is a great place to stay. The front desk clerks are wonderful. They take good care of you! I’ve been staying since last year and a pleasant stay everytime. The property is really clean and neat with my experiences. I’ve seen 2 of the shift clerks and they are 2 sweet ladies and they are there to help you with anything you need to make your stay very comfortable.

A little spotty as to be expected but quiet enough and near lots of things!

I have stayed here on a weekly basis for a couple of years now and it’s always perfect. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and cold. The staff is always outstanding and people like Donna G make it a pleasure to check in! It’s obvious the owner takes pride in the property and his employees.

It was pet friendly and great location.

It had a smell, and felt dirty. Floor was filthy, and bed wasn’t comfortable.

Fine for a one night stop place, place to sleep & shower. Place was clean & bed was comfy. but definitely old and could use some renovating.

The hotel room was clean.

I booked a stay for one night, July 11-July 12 and the stay was perfect until it was time for breakfast. The receptionist was an older woman who stated her name was “Me” she came up to my husband and I being rude asking if we put something in the waffle machine before the waffle batter. We advised we put butter on it since we asked her if they had any spray and she said “no”. The woman raised her voice at us saying we should not put butter and even asked us in a very extremely rude way if we couldn’t read the instructions. We apologized and she proceeded to be rude and tell us that we needed to leave her lobby even though we had paid for our stay which included breakfast. I advised the woman that this was a service we paid for and we were going to sit down and eat our breakfast, however she said “well breakfast is over in 20 minutes so you better pick up your own shit and leave after”. The woman was being extremely rude saying she was going to call the cops on us and we asked why? There was no reason for her to call the cops on us since we were not doing anything bad, illegal or offensive. The woman proceeded to say “well I’m here legally what about you” referring to our skin color. We had to grab our breakfast to go since our one year old was watching and hearing the lady yell at us and she was becoming scared. The woman locked herself in the office and kept telling us racial slurs so of course we defended ourselves against her since this is unacceptable. This type of behavior from employees is completely unnecessary and unacceptable.
