Returning home from Louisiana fishing trip and stayed at Quality Inn Russellville. Young lady at check in desk was just as friendly as can be and it only took 5 minutes to get that process completed. Room was very nice and comfortable. AC unit was louder than normal but not a problem in room 119.

Everything was nice & clean. Decent breakfast too!

Friendly staff, easy check-in, comfortable beds, but hotel was full with boaters that started getting up at 4 a.m. until daylight waking us up when we were there for my Dad’s funeral. I might try staying here again, but only if they aren’t fully booked due to events going on in town or area.

They had bed bugs so we left at 11pm. We also left our speaker and when I called the next day to get it back, a lady yelled at me that I smoked in her room when I specifically asked for non smoking because i had my daughter with me. I smoked outside the room and in my own car. I threw the butts away in the room as not to litter outside. She hung up on me. I have video and pictures of the bed bugs for any one that needs to see.

Bed was comfy. Shower was clean.

The chair in the room was visible stained and dirty. Floor boards were dirty. But the rest of the room was very clean.
