Close to the interstate

Lack of well lit secure parking for transport vehicles . The front desk person was rude. I made the reservation & tried to cancel within 15 minutes due to conditions of parking / security/ safety concerns. Front desk refused to cancel .

The hotel writeup states that every room has jacuzzi tub. Not true. My bathtub didnt even have a stopper.

There were people outside everywhere you didn’t feel safe. The room was not very clean and we kept hearing someone arguing next-door.
