External physical building site is lovely as is the lobby and entrance and breakfast area.

Well I didn’t realize the section/room I was provided was under construction. The walls in the hallway and side entrance were being worked on and sanded and carpets were not pleasant. My room smelled of old cigarette smoke.

I want to express my disappointment with my recent stay at this property. While I was not expecting a five-star experience, I did anticipate a clean, quiet, comfortable, and functional environment for a single night. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of these expectations. Throughout the night, there was considerable noise both from outside the building and from doors slamming within the premises. I would strongly suggest that staff remind guests to maintain appropriate noise levels during late hours to ensure a restful stay for all visitors. In addition, several issues were present in my room: - The toilet was leaking and emitting a loud hissing sound, which was also noticeable in other units nearby. - The bathtub plug was stuck in the closed position and could not be used properly. - The soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. - The television was not functioning correctly, and although I reported this issue, no staff member came to address it. - The telephone and clock on the nightstand were both inoperative. - The fan was excessively noisy. - I requested a wake-up call for the next morning, and nobody called. - The breakfast offered was horrible: ham with rubbery texture, and sausages dry. These problems significantly affected the quality of my stay. Based on this experience, I regret to say that I cannot recommend this property. I hope that management will take these concerns seriously and make the necessary improvements to prevent similar issues for future guests.

There was a bar of used soap in the shower. Carpets needed cleaning.
