"A clean, comfortable and quiet place - also a good value!"

We had to spend the night in Holbrook as part of a larger trip, and we were pleased with the size, cleanliness and comfort of our two queen-bed room. The air conditioning unit was not noisy, which was a nice bonus.

No complaints.

"Safe location but dirty and avoid if sensitive to strong fragrances."

Good location, felt safe, I guess the bed was comfortable.

The insanely strong scent of Fabuloso, dingy and thin towels, awful soundproofing, lots of light coming through around door and window.

The breakfast was fine, and the location seemed ok. We didn't do anything in the area (just spent the night, then got up and headed east) so I don't really know.
