Location was good. Room was OK with a few exceptions

Floor was not clean. Soap products were empty, hair dryer did not work, ac did not work properly and it took nearly 15 minutes for shower to get comfortable.

The location .

We reserved for 3 nights our card was charged. We ended up not using it for the first two nights showed up for the 3rd, mind you we paid for all of the nights, to be informed no money back and no room. Super disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend to others.

I stay there often. I always feel safe and it’s very clean

I had upstairs neighbors this time that would not stop jumping and running around the room. Continued for hours.
