Comfort Inn & Suites Waterloo - Cedar Falls

Breakfast was ok.

Our entire room floor was wet! Water damage on all the doors and up the walls. Mold was 100% in that room, you could smell it. The fridge didnt work and the A/C didnt blow cold (it was also very loud when running) absolutely would not stay again. Very dirty place

Good area for shops and restaurants. No smoking property

The hotel is outdated. Rust is on the doors. Never anyone at the service desk. Breakfast was minimal. Our room had an odor. We opened the windows and put a fan in to allow fresh air

Large clean room. Easy parking and great late night check in procedure. Very good complimentary breakfast and friendly staff.

I was a bit nervous pulling up to the hotel because from the outside it looks rough; the driveway to the parking lot is falling apart which gives a bad impression. The building is quite dated but for the most part kept in fairly good condition. The room was a bit snug and the furnishings were dated but it was clean and quiet and the shower worked very well. Breakfast was very good. So overall I would recommend based on price for the area.

Stayed just one night, room was clean, bed comfy, shower hot, complimentary breakfast in morning was reasonable. Would return, thank you!

It was in a convenient location

When we got in that night, ready to go to bed, there was a large amount of water pouring from the ceiling in the bathroom. I went and told the front desk and she just said she would check on that. After gathering up all of our things from the bathroom, I went back to the front desk and asked what they were going to do about it and asked if they could give us a different room. She seemed flustered. She did give us the room next door.
