Check-in by Tricia was very nice. Room 321 was a nice big room, away from the main road. Lotion, shampoo and conditioner are in refillable dispensers. Water pressure in the shower was very good! Breakfast was standard (only complaint was that mixed berry jelly was the only jelly/jam available... no honey. The hotel is a bit older but it was very comfortable. The bed had wonderful sheets!

"It met expectations."

Rooms were clean, facility was maintained, no issues. Breakfast was standard fare: waffles, bread items, cereal, biscuits and gravy (very good), but not sure about the sausage... kinda wrinkled and bland.

We asked for an extra towel and we were told that if we had a queen bed, we could get two extra towels, but since we had a king bed we couldn't have any extra towels. Whaaaaaat? FYI, there are plenty of "extra" towels in the pool area...

Never got to stay, even with a glitch or freeze up changed the date didn’t get to stay. Hotel would not accommodate. Even when requesting a change of date. So, didn’t get to stay.

"Fine for an overnight"

Stayed over to visit family member in the hospital. It's about 15 minutes from Allen Hospital and near a few quick service restaurants. Convenient location. The room was clean and for the price, it was no surprise that everything is worn, especially the hallways and elevator. The staff in the morning were very friendly. I arrived around 11:30 pm and the employee was clearly bored but she got through her memorized explanations of everything and that was that. Fine for a one night stay.
