Hotel Lux

Konum, işlerimizin olduğu bölgeye yakın olduğundan konumunu beğendik. Tiflis merkezde değil belki ama güzel restoranlara çok yakın. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar da yardımsever ve anlayışlı.

Hava kötü olduğundan belki ama balkon temizliği yapılmamıştı. Balkonlu oda tuttuğumuz halde sigara içmek için dışarıya çıkmak zorunda kaldık.

The staff were friendly. The location was good, being on the highway. I had an issue with the first room, the door was not able to be locked or unlocked; additionally, the hinge of the door was broken and anyone could look inside through the gap of the hinge, which made security feel rubbish.

The bathroom was extremely unhygenic. There was a lot of random hair from previous guests stuck to the tiles of the bathroom next to the sink. The floor was extremely stained everywhere. The drain coverage was broken. The toilet bowl at the top, the rim of the toilet was extremely brown stained. The shower was nasty, the floor tiles had peoples hair stuck to the floor. They do not do a thorough cleaning before guests enter. The bed on the first night was only covered 3/4s by the bed sheet, with the foot of the bed not being covered and exposed. They used a blanket to cover that up. They said room cleaning was every 3 days, but in my total stay of 7 Nights, they only cleaned it once. The walls had markings and stains everywhere. Extremely dirty and unhygenic. It is not a hotel, more like a hostel. It can't be 3 stars. The photos were extremely misleading. On the first night, there was a guest playing extremely loud music with heavy bass until 5:30am in the morning, and the hotel staff did nothing about it. It was extremely difficult to sleep there. When checking-out, they did not even check the room; which begs me to question if they ever check the room when guests leave. Which means they accept issues and uncleanliness.

Ужасный грязный душ,с плесенью,простынь старая и рваная,на моей одноместной кровати вовсе простынь рваная была(видимо двухспальную порвали😂) Были на 3 этаже,запах на этаже как будто в больнице Окна без шумо изоляции,и днем и ночью вы будете слышать шум с дороги Поменяйте горничную,она даже не удосуживается протереть пыль,не говоря уже о душе,кстати возможно с ее комнаты в начале коридора и идет запах тк у нее всегда открыта была дверь. Единственный + это вежливые и красивые девушки на ресепшене.
