"Exceptional"

My only complaint is that the Restaurant was not fully open as it was early in the season. Meals, other than breakfast, were served in the bar and the menu was limited to the standard bar menu which had limited choice. However, the food eaten in the bar was fine.

Excellent value. I'd definitely stay here again. Reception staff was super helpful and friendly. Convenient to downtown St Helier while set a little bit back from main centre. The hotel is in an old building so the rooms are a bit of a warren, up and down stairs, and smallish, but very comfortable and well appointed. Nice bar/restaurant in the lobby.

The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly. The restaurant closed at 8pm which was not ideal although it may have been due to it being out of season. The water pressure for the shower in the 3rd floor room I stayed in was pathetic to say the least.

Dated hotel where i didn't sleep due to traffic noise and banging doors. Breakfast was dreadful and all this for £125. I wont be back 👎

Very nice hotel in the traditional style. Sun terrace on the first floor was nice. The staff were amazing, so polite, friendly and professional. 15 minute walk from shops and Liberation Square.

"1970s nightmare "

If your goal is to stay in a dated throwback to 1970s Skegness, stay here. The rooms are swelteringly hot with no air-con, the decor is awful and totally worn out and the service is mediocre at best. And it cost £355 for two nights. I will never stay here again.
