They said it was remodeled???

Beds are really stiff, but pillow are nice. Staff is very personable and breakfast was really good. Rooms are clean, slightly outdated, but clean.

This is a nice hotel for the money. It is clean, but could use a deep cleaning. The lobby isn't very welcoming as it is small and dark.

Perfect place to stay with a family. Everything was clean, everyone was extremely friendly, and the pool was the perfect size for my children. During our stay, there was an entire girls softball team staying also, but the staff, especially Brooke at breakfast, kept everything stocked and running smoothly. Even with how busy she was, she was so kind and patient, especially with my children (8 and 3). She went above and beyond to make sure the kids had what they wanted. Everyone, from housekeeping to the gentleman at the front desk, was wonderful. I appreciate staying somewhere where they interact with my children and treat them like guests just as much as they do the adults. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling with children!

Custom service was a+. This was our second time staying at the hotel. It's the only hotel in Marion I will stay at. Night desk clerk is super helpful and nice. Also the cleaning staff was always friendly and efficient.

Everything was just perfect, ease of check in and out,if we're in the area again we'll stay tgere again.

The rooms were very clean, updated modern style. The bathrooms are a little tight, but we made it work. The pool was nice, the lobby was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The staff is super friendly. I enjoyed my stay and will return in the future.

The elevator was down the second day of our stay. The owners were working very hard all day to get it back up and running. I assume they weren't able to fix the issue because it was back down an hour later. Overall, I appreciated their willingness and effort in trying to resolve the issue. Also, I would note that the pull out couch bed isn't great. You could feel the springs digging into your body.

A great night's rest, comfortable beds, pillows, and very clean room and hotel. Thr breakfast had many options, was hot, and when items ran out, Brooke made fresh food and brought it out. Many options for breakfast were available. Definitely will stay here again. All of the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodated our needs.
