Nice environment but no lifts go up to the room.

Large room with good facilities in a great location. Only disappointment was the checking in arrangements, I sorted by asking another guest as no-one there. Could have been resolved by written guidance on site and an e-mail in advance.

A beautiful place to stay close to historic centre in the grounds of Jesus College.

Front desk staff very welcoming and extremely helpful. Room and all areas spotlessly clean.

West Court is the optimal place to stay in Cambridge. The breakfast is spectacular. The building is absolutely beautiful, modern version of ancient architecture. I would stay nowhere else.

Overnight only.Very good and convenient for central Cambridge. Quiet. However, not cheap.

The location was perfect, the condition and cleanliness and breakfast were all exceptional but we found the check in strange as it was not manned, we got there at peak check in time and believe the receptionist was chatting to friends outside as came running in when we called the emergency number after standing there fifteen minutes. Also we asked where the bar was as wanted a drink. Was directed to bar and when we got there was quite rudely told that they were closed. There were no opening hours to be seen and the receptionist should have shared this detail we felt. Regardless the rooms are truly lovely. From that perspective - Best we’ve had in Cambridge for price and location but something was lacking for us overall. Lovely building though!

Spacious, comfortable and centrally located. We were impressed by the electrical outlets that included USB, etc. Highly recommend.

We really loved the location, breakfast and room, but our one gripe was that the room was really dark - the way the room was lit meant it only had one small spotlight and bedside lights in the main room, and as we stayed in January it was dark outside before 5pm this was a bit annoying!
