O quarto estava apertado para 3 pessoas. A limpeza não foi feita em 2 dos 6 dias em que ficamos no hotel. Na primeira noite jantamos no restaurante, e demoraram 1 hora e meia para servirem o jantar, muito ruim. Para um hotel do nível do Mercure, foi uma decepção. Com exceção do café da manhã e dos atendentes neste horário, todos com muita falta de cortesia. Não recomendo, prefiram o Hyatt na área central de Tours.

"Perfect stay for travelling through."

Close to the A10, restaurant on site with good food. Nice room.

Showering in the bath does not have our preference… The electric charging unit for the car was a cumbersome proces and in the end we charged at the Ibis hotel next door.
