Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä auttavaista.

Koko Hotelli oli kylmä, ei olisi tarvinnut lapin talvi kylmyyttä varioida. Kylhyhuone oli kylmähuone jossa lattialla säilyi jugurtit ja mehut kylmänä. Huoneen lattiakin oli tosi kylmä. Oli yleisissä tiloissa pakkokuunnellä jautkuvasti joikaamista mikä ei miellyttänyt. Olemme käyneet ko hotellissa ensimmäisen kerran 1988 nimeltä Cumulus ja siitä lähtien kun tulemme kuopioon ollaan tultu jo monta kertaa laplanbii. Mutta ei voi noin kylmään huoneeseen enään tulla.

Frühstück, Lobby und Restaurant waren sehr gut. Auch die Lage war sehr nah zum Bahnhof und der Innenstadt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Leider war das Zimmer sehr staubig. Die Ausstattung entsprach keineswegs dem Preis. Außerdem war das Zimmer sehr laut (Klimaanlagen vor dem Fenster). Wir hatten das Zimmer extra gewechselt, weil das erste Zimmer direkt zur stark befahrenen Straße hin war.
