"The place was great"

"Anniversary ruined due to fire!"

It was good until Saturday afternoon when the fire alarms started going off due to another "guest" cooking in their room. We made it to the hallway, which was full of smoke, and instructed by the staff to go back to our rooms. We immediately evacuated the hotel, but were told by Bianca at the front desk that they could not check us out or give us a refund because we paid for our room through a third party vendor. I asked to speak to the manager and Bianca told us "she isn't working today." We could not go back to our room due to the smoke, so we just went home.
