"Needs Improvement!"

We were satisfied with our room. It appears that it had been renovated recently. The gym is really small and is too warm. The gym needs to be moved and expanded. Looks like an afterthought. The gym at the Crowne Plaza in Moncton is excellent. Management should benchmark their sister hotel in Moncton. Maintenance for the steps needs improvement. The fire door for the fourth floor would not open from inside the stairwell. Someone did a really sloppy job painting the stairwell walls. Paint splatters abound. Looks unprofessional. Breakfast was okay. But after three days of the same food, it got boring. Appears the fruit salad has some canned fruit in it. The breakfast container lids would not stay open. Resulted in a guest dropping his plate. Again, management should benchmark their sister hotel in Moncton. They use the same containers without any problems. Alvin and Ashley did provide excellent service at breakfast.
