The staff are always very friendly. I've been here multiple times waiting for my house to get finished. Always like a home. Very quiet also. The ladt that works nights is fantastic. All the employees here at this location are fabulous. Very clean and quiet. Thank you

"Me engañaron para cobrarme doble."

Lo imputable al hotel en sus caracteristicas fisicas

Que me engañaron y me cobraron doble. Yo ya había pagado el 100% de mi estadía previo a mi llegada al hotel. Como el hotel no veía reflejado el pago de Booking hacia el hotel, personal del hotel (Taina) me engañó diciéndome que necesitaba hacerme un cargo provisional por $150 USD pero lo que en verdad hizo fue cobrarme la estancia completa de nuevo, para ella dejar cubierta al hotel en el pago de la estadía sin importarle que me hicieran cargo doble.
