"It was great"

The bed was very comfortable and room was tidy and clean

The room was comfortable, but there were a few issues during my stay. There was a lot of noise coming from the room upstairs, which made it difficult to relax. The staff at both check-in and check-out were friendly, but the process took much longer than expected. Booking the airport shuttle was also quite difficult, especially as an international guest. It would be much more convenient if the hotel offered an online booking option through platforms like WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger, rather than requiring phone calls.

The sheets were not clean, smelled like take away food. Window faced outdoor light which lit up the whole room when the blind was closed. You needed to call the shuttle which isn't possible when you're traveling from overseas.

La habitación muy amplia, limpia tenían traslado para el aeropuerto el cual utilice. Había cafetera, microondas, plancha. Muy completo

Que en los cuatro días de estadía no pasaron a hacer limpieza.

It's very close to LAX, with free of charge on-street parking.

Very thin walls, gaps in the doors causing a lot of noise getting into the room. Lack of breakfast.
