Great staff!

Door was gapped so light shined though at night and you could see into the hallway and hear everything. Tiles in bathroom falling off wall. Everything else was great and as expected!

I liked the personalized message on the TV, that was fun. Nice beds and pillows. The complimentary tea and drinks and the breakfast was very nice. We stayed when downtown was decorated for Christmas and that was awesome!

We were right by the elevator, so it was pretty noisy. I like that it is pet friendly, but heard a yappy dog during the night. There wasn't two chairs in the room, only one, which was not super. Everything else was great.

I’m not a big breakfast eater, but what I had was fine. Lots of action down in the lobby area. Again not my bag, but younger people seemed to enjoy. Love that my sweet mini Aussie, Denver, was welcome and loved that we could walk to the downtown area. Oh, I did forget my kindle and it was turned into lost and found so it was returned to me. Thank you!

Beautiful design and comfort.

It was disheartening to know that this facility did not recycle. In an area that is all about the environment with all of the outdoor activities that this place did not consider the benefits of recycling. I wish you will reconsider and make this a priority
