It was a clean beautiful room, the hotel.was fun, lots of things to do in the lobby.

There was no coffee pot in the room, but there was one in the lobby

All of the employees we dealt with were courteous, professional, friendly and very informative. Leslie, at the front desk, was exceptionally helpful.

The fact that we were only able to stay for one night. The location, the facility and the downtown location in Grand Junction are all well above average.

"Won’t be staying at any Tru Hotels again."

Very small room, no closet, no drawers, no coffee. One chair and barely enough room to walk between bed and chair. Breakfast was terrible. Nasty would be a better word for it. The shower had hair in it from the last person that used it. We won’t stay at a Tru hotel again.
