Beanca at the front desk was absolutely amazing and friendly and so helpful with our state to make us feel comfortable

The only thing I did not like about the parking is as a guest I would appreciate the option to choose valet parking or no valet parking instead of being forced to pay for valet parking with the threat that my car will be towed at the hotel that I am paying to stay at

The staff were very helpful

The room could have been cleaned before my arrival, the stairwell were desperate for a a terrible state. I had to use them because the lift did not appear to be very safe
