"It was the worst hotel experience ever."

The location.

The room was dirty when we first arrived. There was trash thrown everywhere and hairs on the bed. Some of the outlets didn’t work. Found the window left open with cigarettes and made the room smell. Found cockroaches in the bathroom. No cleaning services provided. The front desk was nice but didn’t feel comfortable being here.

I booked months ago and called to make sure that it was okay for me to book even with my age since I know many hotels don't allow check in for people under 21 and they insisted it was okay. I get to the hotel to check in and they say they changed the policy a month ago. Im extremely upset because they failed to contact me about the change and I had to go to another hotel last minute when I had an event I needed to get to urgently. This issue made me late to the event.

Tenian cancelada mi reserva que ya estaba paga. Después me dieron una habitacion que no funcionaban las luces. Me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación. El desayuno era muy malo. Completé mi desayuno fuera del hotel.
