Staff was friendly.

The room was dirty, shower curtain has mold, big dead roach was on the floor, 1 bed look like it was laid on, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed.

"I will never stay there if I travel to Austin, Texas. Please refund my money."

This property not up to the mark. I went with the brand name Windham. I thought Windham group is the best company, but I think with this kind of property you will loose your credibility in the market. No hot water, rooms are not clean, very bad smoking smell in the room which they allocated. My family felt very uncomfortable. I would request you to refund my money for the two rooms.
