Close to the university

The lock broke no hot water for the last two days had to have office staff open the room everytime we needed to get in the room horrible stay

Discusiones, no hay plancha, aire acondicionado y no se podía dormir, no hay caja fuerte, no hay cámaras de seguridad. El closet no funciona. No hay planchador de ropa, no hay secadora de cabello. Te cobran garantía, van 06 dias y no me la devuelven, me dijeron que Booking me la tiene que devolver. Estoy muy decepcionado de este hotel. La ubicación es excelente. Solo puedo decir eso y el desayuno estuvo bien.

"I will make a better choice next time I will visit Austin."

Nothing. Not welcoming at all.

1. Parking is an inconvenience. Expensive. Limited spaces. How do we have to pay almost the same amount that I am paying for my night stay? It is a scam and a very profitable one. Lack of security in an open space is very bad.

"Dirty Room and Poor Maintenance"

The location

The room did not feel clean. The bathroom floor was sticky and dirty, and the shower looked dirty and smelled like urine. One of the beds had the pillows with gray lint or fuzz on it, which made it feel unclean. The hallway was also dirty, and the TV was not working. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance were very disappointing and did not meet expectations.
