It was a great hotel

While the hotel and room were clean, the parking structure was closed with severely limited handicapped parking near the hotel. Staff was not helpful in solving this problem. Dining room / bar had ONE person working! She did an amazing job, and somehow remained pleasant, but that couldn't offset the lack of help.

Overall enjoyed, parking situation kinda sucked due to construction. Expedia also has the address listed wrong, so it took a while to find

It was extremely hot even after setting the temperature down low, dirty bathroom. However, great customer service when checking in. Great shuttle. But main thing was we couldn’t sleep because the room was so hot that we ended up checking out at midnight!!!

The hotel's parking lot is still closed. Management really needs to put out better signage to direct guests to the two nearby lots where guests can park. It was unpleasant to arrive late at night and try to figure it out. On the positive side, the room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Tiny ants in showers, bathroom and by beds. AC not working the best. Room was very Muggy and stayed at 73 74 entire time.

Good food in restaurant.
