The staff was friendly and respectful

I was not impressed the sheets were dirty pillow cases had stains on them my wash cloth looked to have been used dried and placed back on drying rack

"There was no immediate staff member present during my stay besides when I checked in."

That I had somewhere to sleep

The environment. They said no smoking but smelled like cigarettes and weed. No staff got me extra towels. Had to return key in basket no stairs was around to get me my deposit.
