"Excellent"

The woman at the desk was friendly and helpful the refrigerator wasn’t working and the phone cord damaged so no dial tone to the front desk. Had to move my room. No downstairs rooms available and i am 67 my room was on the opposite side from the parking i like to see my vehicle from my room

The bathtub and sink were clogged. Only one person could shower, and then standing in dirty water. Told front desk personnel about it in the morning. He said they knew about it and still gave us the room.

"Not as good as last year by far. "

We had to pay an extra $45.00 to check in before 3:00. We came from out of town so we really didnt expect a fee like that because we were there early. The breakfast was lacking a lot compared to last year when we stayed there. Not hardly any variety at all. The bed was super comfy and the room was clean. The pool was nice, the grand kids had a ball playing in it. The TV kept messing up and going off. Weird.

"DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!"

Worst hotel experience we have ever had. We just needed a place to sleep for a few hours while traveling through but after finding fresh blood on the sheets as well as other stains there was no way we could stay there. We also found blood on the wall by the full length mirror. The bathroom light was burned out probably so you couldn’t see the filth in there. There were also numerous bugs flying around. The toilet in the lobby bathroom was covered in feces. I would not recommend this hotel at all!
