The staff was very attentive to my needs and that of my travel partner. He accidentally fell while bringing in our luggage. Both the manager (Cathy) and the receptionist were most helpful in rendering first aid assistance and following up on his condition.

Since everything was fine, I can't offer any suggestions at this time. I look forward to returning in January for my next stay.

Our room was nicely decorated and very clean, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, the continental breakfast was wonderful - it’s by far the best free continental breakfast we’ve ever experienced in a hotel. We were only there for one night, so we really didn’t get to experience other amenities such as the exercise room and pool.

The only negative we experienced was the coffee! Only roasts available were decaf and bold and there was no flavored syrup or creamers. In the big scheme of things, those are minor!
