Beautiful building room was nice and cool and had a digital thermostat in the room plenty of room beautiful pool and workout room definitely will be coming back

I hope $135 was worth loosing a faithful customer and I will make sure I tell my story to as many as Possible.

The front desk lady was incredibly friendly.

The hotel was easy to find with good parking. The check in was easy and the staff member was friendly. The breakfast was about what one would expect, with good choices. We had a room problem, and the staff resolved it quickly.

The property is a bit tired, probably because it is in such a popular tourist destination. We had an extremely noisy ac unit, which we really didn't notice until the night when we were trying to sleep. I brought this up at the desk the next morning and was immediately offered an apology and a room change if we wished. We did change rooms and the second night was fine.

Good basic king room with great water pressure. And yes, a well-planned breakfast buffet with multiple choices, including fresh fruit. Lots of toppings available!

Taiwan checked us in and was extremely helpful. My husband had recently had knee surgery and she worked to give us a room near by that would meet our needs. Mary, in housekeeping double checked that we had everything we needed and was extremely pleasant. Both of these ladies add extra value to your staff!
