Hilton Garden Inn Tucson Airport

The staff was really pleasant and didn't hesitate to find answers to questions or needs. They all work together and help each other without hesitation and really like their jobs. Will recommend to my cousins who spend the winter down the road.

The food was incredible at their restaurant! Delicious! Keith was our server/bartender and he was phenomenal, so personable and professional! We did have a small issue with one of our rooms and it was handled immediately. Excellent customer service! Super clean too!

I love this hotel. Very clean, VERY comfortable.

I didn't like that there were 7 teen boys throwing a football from one side of the lazy river to the other and being rowdy. Since there were at least 10 parents out by the pool and they didn't find it problematic, I decided not to make a big deal about it. Also, I was told upon checkout that someone had charged dinner and drinks to my room and had to leave before the manager would arrive. Neither one of these things had ever happened before when I stayed there. The charges to my room were figured out, and I didn't have to pay for them. It was kind of a bummer.

Comfortable, clean rooms. Fun pool with a lazy river. Bar. Restaurant. Lots of close food options. Easy, safe parking. And seriously the friendliest employees ever. What more do you need?

Staff was great at the late night check in. Rooms were clean and your typical hotel chain room. Beds were comfortable enough for our overnight stay.

Given the last few reviews, we weren’t sure what to expect. Our experience was excellent. The front desk staff was extremely accommodating from giving us a very early check in to arranging us a seat on the airport shuttle the next morning that had previously indicated as full. We had dinner there which was delicious! We had the oink burger and open face caprese sandwich. Fries were excellent! Very personable efficient server. They have a cute pool with a mini lazy river which we didn’t get to try but looked fun. King Room (348) was clean, roomy with a spacious bathroom. Will definitely stay here again. Can’t compliment the staff working there enough.
