To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel in St. Louis. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and ruined what was supposed to be a family vacation. • Room Too Small for Family: The room I booked was supposed to have double beds to accommodate my children. Instead, we were given a much smaller room with only one bed, leaving no space for my kids to stay with me. This was misleading and unacceptable. • Dirty & Unsafe Conditions: The room was dirty, the door was broken, and the hallways were poorly maintained. The entire environment felt unsafe and uncomfortable. • False Advertising: The amenities were not as advertised. The room only had a bed, a TV, and a stove—far from what was promised when I booked. • Unprofessional Staff: When I raised my concerns, the staff was rude and dismissive instead of being helpful. • Deposit Not Returned: I was charged a $50 deposit at check-in, which has not been refunded even though I left the room in proper condition. This experience was frustrating, upsetting, and not at all reflective of the standards a guest should expect.

Over charged. I WAS INHOUSE AND STILL WASH CHARGED TAXES AND FEES. SOME OF THE STAFF WHERE VERY RUDE AND BULLYING AND IF YOU DARE DEFEND YOURSELF THEY WOULD TELL YOU TO GET OUT.
