I was placed in a very noisy area and the hotel was not full. The vent covers should be replaced.

Noisy owners, who (I’m guessing) had living quarters/office across the hall from our room. Talking loudly outside my door. After 15-20 minutes I banged on my door and they stopped. Within a minute I get a call from the front desk to stop “wildly slamming my door “ , which I wasn’t doing, I never even opened my door. They were loud and rude.

My experience with Booking.com was bad. I reserved my room online after midnight. I was unaware that the "next day" doesn't start till 3am. Since it was after midnight, I accidentally booked the room for the following day. So, they had me cancel my reservation and pay at the front desk. Problem is Booking.com did not refund my money. The hotel manager said he canceled the reservation right away and showed me the email. Booking.com said, "since he didn't say to cancel free of charge, I was charged for the night that I cancelled and did not stay." I reached back out to the hotel and nothing was ever sent back over to Bookings.com to refund my money. I will never use Booking.com for future travel if this does not get resolved.

Dirty sheets- stained, had hair on them. Air conditioner smelled musty. Bed was hard. Pillows and bedding were musty as well as the towels.
