What a lovely building to stay for a couple of nights in Lisbon.. its in a very quiet neighbourhood next to a very tranquil park and not far at all from all of the main areas (we love to walk around anyway so nice to walk through all of the areas) it was very authentic and really lovely and friendly. We had the 4th floor room so the view of the city was incredible. We were prepared for the stairs as had already seen reviews and we were happy with being on 4th floor as nobody above us. The breakfast was delicious and lots of choice including my favourite mix of fruit, yogurt, honey and chia seeds and plenty of options of hot food too with choice of eggs. The staff were amazing too and a big thank you to Joanna for your chats in the morning during breakfast and for being so kind and thoughtful.

The bed was very hard which is apparently common in Portugal but I asked for an extra duvet to lay on top of and it was much better for the second night was more comfortable.
